It's likely the fuse. This forum should be able to help you find out
where it is (under the dash somewhere), or, help you with your
problem.

Normally when I start the car the dash board lights up and all
instruments are visible. Now nothing is visible on the dash board. One
comment was change the bulb. But I don't know where and how to access
the bulb if it is indeed the bulb. Since this has happened the dash
board did light up as it should but two days later it went completely
dark again and nothing was visible.

If all of them go out, then it can't be just one or two bulbs,
especially if they all lit up again for a couple of days. That sounds
like loose connection with the main power supply to the dashboard, or
a loose fuse, but those things are designed to not wiggle, so I would
be looking for wiring that could be jarred around.
Do you drive rough roads?
I hope you have found a way to fix the problem by now.
If so, it is always appreciated here when a questioner says so, even
better, with an explanation, since we like to learn.
Take care, Myoarin
