I wish you find academic institutions (universities, colleges etc.) that meet
the following criteria:

- No entry requirements at all for students.
- Relatively high tuition fees (the higher the better).
- Will accept payment of the entire or most of the multi year fee in
advance.

These institutions may:
- Be located anywhere in the world
- Specialize only in specific subjects (e.g. school of art, etc.) - as long
as they give an academic degree.

Can you please provide a list of institutions that fit these criteria,
and/or the procedure that will help locate these *exact* kind of
institutions on the Web.

Please do not include 'Open University' in your search results, as I am 
already aware of that one.
