I am wondering where I can find any articles or information on actual
cases that have been suppressed or dismissed entirely due to the
arresting officer tampering with the audio and/or video taped during
the arrest procedure. Is there anywhere online that I can find this?

I can tell you that your price is a joke since precedents are awarded
for information like this, ex: Watergate, Duh? Be resonable and
realize that you are asking for a lot of information and man if you
could type the question, for 2.50 you can do the search engine, you
are on Google, don't forget. I am sorry if I seem apathetic to your
question, but my company just recently provided information of a
similar incident on law enforcement officers who also used mobile
phone video transmission of a college orgy with resisting females,
showing sexual abuse and its forwarded transmisson over WAN to other
law enforcement agents in the city. Sad here in MN. This service and
legal landmarks cost the city approx. $47K for our services to confer
with the DA on the issues and the legal precedents needed to have
access to critical records. Respectfully. the city was sued for $200
million by the parents of the assaulted girls. So the information and
price are not balanced. Use Google to search. Its out there.

Don't care much about this guys pro bono "stuff". Hire a lawyer like I
do and pay them 375.00 500.00 per hour. Of course this does not applt
to photo copies, faxex, reciept and review of emails, feded,
transcripts, para-legals, etc...."

You could go to MN and get a cheap one for only 18K.

I'm just looking for buddy zenonone-ga.

Respectfully submitted, i only remain for now,

Condoleeza
