Our business is motorhome sales.  The database we use to record stock
details is ACT!6.0 and PhotoAct for the photos.  Currently to keep our
web listing up to date each week I am using PhotoAct to export our
current stock to a Word Document. From there I save the Word Document
as a web page and edit it further in Dreamweaver. Our current stock
list can be viewed from the following link:

Apart from being time consuming there are many limitations to this
process and I am hoping someone will be able to help me achieve the
following:

1. Photoact allows you to store several images per vehicle in Act. 
Unfortunately I cannot export them as thumbnails for users to click on
for a larger image (unless I did this manually for each image which
would be far too time consuming). I would like to have 3 thumbnails
per motorhome on the listing (2 internal and 1 external) so the user
can click on the thumbnail to view a larger image.

2. When I export the motorhomes from Act they are exported into Word
and then saved as a webpage.  Ideally I would like to limit the number
of motorhomes per page so the user does not have to download all
information at once. I could do this manually but again this is time
consuming.  I would like to set the number of motorhomes listed per
page and this be done automatically.

3.  In our ACT! database there are many fields which are exported to
our stock listing such as "Make" "Model" "Price" "No. of berths"
"Shower" "Toilet" e.t.c.  I would like users to be able to search on
these fields and only the results of this search be displayed on the
listing.

4.  Currently, as all the motorhomes are listed on one page I have
limited the information per motorhome to save space. Should the user
be interested in further information I would like them to be able to
click on a button "more details" and have more information from the
database made available.  This way I would be able to remove some of
the info currently displayed and only make this available should
someone wish to see further details.

OK, so that is what I want to achieve. If this can be achieved
exporting directly from ACT! that would be brilliant otherwise if
there is some software I can purchase that can extract the data fields
from ACT and image fields from Photoact and then use that software to
create my webpage stock listing that would be fine.  I am limited by
budget as this is a temporary measure for the next 12 - 18 mths until
we review all our software requirements. Therefore, I am only willing
to spend up to $300 on additional software.
