The basic chords are as follows:

Verses: G-Bm-C
Chorus: G-D/F#-Em-D-C-G-(C*-G)
Bridge: D-D/F#-G-C-G-
        D-D/F#-Em-D-A-D

The song is finger picked and has some very active left hand work as
well. The chords are all barre chords...here are the chord fingerings
from low E to high E

G: 355433
Bm: x2443x
C: x35553*** (alternates with x35533)
D/F#: 2x0230
Em: 07998x
D: x5777x

The one other thing is between the chorus and the verse, they always
hang on the G and play the C for one strum and then back to G. I have
that marked in parentheses.

This is the basic structure. I would listen to it while you play the
chords and you'll figure out when to change chords and also where they
add hammer ons and stuff. Hope this helps. Enjoy.
