I am trying to find out what organization (and its website address if
it exists) issues the awards to
individuals in high school that include all-american, all-conference,
all-CIF, etc. I also need a list of past winners (for girls' cross
country) dating back to 1994.

Hi!

Are you referring specifically to girls' cross country in all of this?
 Any particular state/conference/high school?

I ask because there is no one organization that awards all of these in
all sports or even in any one sport (think McDonald's All-American in
basketball, Parade All-Americans in football, and adiddas
All-Americans in soccer).

Sticking with girls' cross-country, in the Footlocker Cross Country
National Finals for girls, the top 15 finishers are all named All
Americans. The 2001 finalists are found at:
< http://www.footlockercc.com/2001_girls_results.htm > 2002 Nationals
aren't until December.

When you start talking all-state, all-conference, all-whatever else,
you tend to be talking awards by sportswriters and coaches polls. So
narrowing it down would probably better get you an answer...at least
from me <big grin>.

FYI, DyeState < http://dyestat.com/3rank/2xc/ > calls itself the
Internet Home of High School Track. It includes the Harrier listings,
Harrier being "the high school distance magazine". Harrier's website
is

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the information. I had just assumed that one organization
awarded all of them. What I specifically need is Girls' high school
cross country all-western conference winners dating back to 1994.
