Inherited an older Blackberry from a friend. I want to activate it on
a wireless data services plan so that I might receive EMAIL (not text
messages on SMS). Note would be an individual plan and I do not have
access to a Blackberry enterprise server. 99% of use will be in
zipcodes 19301, 19312 and 19333 (western Philadelphia suburbs).
Willing to contract for one year max, monthly or pre-paid. Do not
need voice service, although I understand I may have to secure one to
get the data service; minimum total cost, voice(unused if
required)+data, is my criteria. Volume of email is modest, maybe 50
per day.

Who are my three BEST service provider options, with names of company
and contact info (e.g. phone number or URL)?

BEST for me is defined as, in order of priority: availability of
service in my area without Blackberry Exchange server and total cost
as defined above.
