Hello!

What can a person experiencing a transit of ketu over the ascendent
(virgo) and jupiter over the second house expect? Well, what can be
expected from Rahu too?

The second house has three natal planets including moon (which, I
guess makes it the Janma-rasi in vedic astrology). So, what can be
expected when transiting Jupiter conjuncts these natal planets over
the upcoming year. There are no natal planets in the ascendant nor in
the seventh house that Rahu currently transits.
