One of the exterior door handles on my home has broken and I am trying
to replace it with the same model, but I am having trouble finding it
anywhere online or at a home improvement store.

It is a lock and handle set. The engraving on the lock says "Reliant,"
but my searches have come up empty. I have not been able to find any
sources selling a brand of locks or handles that have that brand name
"Reliant" It has a circular lock switch on one side and a key hole on
the other.

I believe that the company you?re looking for has gone bankrupt and
its assets were auctioned off.

Reliant Industries made nuts and bolts and other fasteners. This
company?s assets were liquidated in March, 2003. After extensive
search I found the name of the company that seems to have acquired
Reliant. They are doing business at the same address as Reliant was
and recently changed their DBA name to Reliant. I can give you the
contact information for this company so that you can get in touch with
them to see if they could help you find the part you?re looking for.

On the other hand, it might be easier to simply replace your door hardware.
