I live in the state of Texas.  What are the guidelines for an
individual(not a group policy) to have his medical insurance premiums
deducted from his pay check with pretax dollars? I need some proof of
written law or statute.  My human resource department does not know. 
Some say you can as one individual and others say you must have as
least 2 people listed billed.
