How many female billionaires are there in the US? In the world?

As of March 2005, there are 68 female billionaires worldwide. 

Here?s the billionaire trivia as reported in the March 2005 issue of Forbes:

Well thanks but you only answered the second part of the question. 
The first link is from an authoritative source and answers the
question "How many female billionaires are there worldwide?"

The other links do not answer the first part of the question "How many
female billionaires are there in the US?" (An alt.com blog is hardly
authoritative anyway, even if it did contain that info).

On the Forbes site, you appear to be asking me to search through the
691 names on the "complete list" to determine which are from the US
and which are female (based the name, I suppose).  That would take
hours.  I'm looking for a succinct answer about how many female
billionaires there are in the US.

If I have missed this answer and it is contained somewhere on the
Forbes pages, please let me know...
