Question ID: 568660
How can I find out the name of the asistant District Attorney who is
in charge of a misdemeanor case in New York City at 100 Centre Street?
Each misdemeanor case in New York City is assigned to an ADA. The name of
the ADA is not shown in the online information that NYC provides through their
online web sites, only the date that ADA assigned to the case was most
recently changed (but without showing the name of the new ADA). The
person who wishes to know the ADA's name does not want to have to
reveal his or her name in order to get this information, and does not
want to have to use a lawyer find out. Is there some way to find out
discretely and anonymously and if so what is the exact way of doing
that?

Is this the site that you've already used?

"WebCrims Case Information System"
New York State Unified Court System
http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcrim_attorney/Login

If it isn't, and it answers your question, I'd be happy to post it as an answer.

Unforutately they are sloppy in keeping the site you referred to
accurate. What happens is they update the "date ADA was assigned"
field but do not fill in the field where the name of the newly
assigned ADA should be placed. That
is the reason for my posting this question in the first place. Am looking
for some other way to find out the name in that hugely overcrowded NYC system.
