We are looking for the best Internet Service Provider in the USA or
Europe, for our needs. We are after a dedicated server and have the
following requirements:

-	Windows 2003 Server with latest service packs
-	.NET framework installed
-	SQL Server
-	We need to have full remote control over the server and be able to
install our own components.
-	We would like the hosting partner to be responsible for the
Hardware, Operating System and basic functionality. i.e. Provide us
with a reliable and supported platform that we can always log into
remotely. We will then support the application on top of this
platform.
-	Backup and restore services
-	Some guarantees in terms of how quickly hardware can be swapped or
replaced if the server dies
-	Hardware Firewall protection

We would like to find the top 5 providers that meet our requirements.
Preferrably ISP's that have won awards or obtain recognistion from
Microsoft.

There are quite a few companies offering dedicated servers but we are
after more a low cost option and this should be considered in the top
5 list.

They have very reasonable rates and I think they provide the
flexibility you require. The servers are located in Arizona, USA in a
highly secure server farm. They also have 7x24 help via phone, email
and website.
