I got married in India, after marriage and that too after my wife came
to US I came to know that she is sterile. She knows about this before
marriage but did not tell me. I am a resident of Texas but my wife is
not eligible for Texas residency yet. Can this marriage be Voidable in
Texas? What if she says that she already informed me before our
marriage? I do not have any evidence to prove that she is sterile.
Also, after I came to know about this, she left home and now accusing
me of harassing her mentally and physically.

I am NOT a US Citizen, I am on H1B Visa status and my wife is on H4
depended visa status.
