Can anyone find me what is the confirmed world record for number of
White Castle hamburgers (also known as "slyders") eaten in one
sitting?

I will wink at American claims to global dominance in baseball with
the World Series, and I have put up with four boxing associations'
parallel competitions for world championships, but a "world record"
for eating "slyders"?

too bad you can't physically get the smell that comes out of white
castle.  Some (like me) find it heavenly, others find it nauseating. 
But man i love those burgers.
