Any free websites where I can create a decent website?  No bells &
whistles, I want to list some of my artwork, have a link to my email,
put in some thumbnails for each artpiece, a bio page - no videos or
anything extravagant.  Got a new PC, my son had a Dreamweaver program
& lost the jacket - so I can't load that program without the s/n.
