iam living in cobb county in georgia  state

Hi, 

I'm going to give this as shot, since it's been here awhile. 

First things first... you'll need a business license. If you intend to
do business as a sole proprietor, you must contact the city or county
where you plan to do business. (Call the Chamber of Commerce to see
which one you'd need.)

According to what I could find, you must submit an application eight
(8) days before the Used Motor Vehicle Division meeting on the third
Wednesday of each month (except for August and December). This
includes finger print cards, proof of insurance, licensing fee, a
$20,000 surety bond and photographs. More information is here:

The Georgia State website says that you can download these forms, but
they're not there, so you would need to contact the state for them.
