I'm trying to find the name of a movie that was released in the early 1930's. (Maybe late 20's but doubtful). The only information I have is the name of a dog in the film. "Sooki" or "Suki" or "Suke", some variation of the name, but pheonetically it was sook-ie. | |

Are you sure it was the dog named Sooky? If not you may want to check this one out: Skippy (1931) In this film based on the popular comic strip, Skippy interrupts his usual routine of finding loopholes in his parents' rules when he makes friends with Sooky, a boy from the other side of the tracks. The two boys have three days to come up with a way to pay for a license for Sooky's dog and keep the dogcatcher from putting him to sleep... |
