Question ID: 569401
I would like to learn how to jump rope like the boxers do for
training. An example is Hillary Swank's character in the movie
Million Dollar Baby. I would appreciate any sources that show the
steps, movements and any other training that is necessary to achieve
this skill.

Thank you --

Todd

The type of skills I am after are things like swinging the rope to the
right and to the left, and fancy feet movement. Otherwise, I know
basic rope jumping.
