This report may be what you are looking for. However it is not free,
there is a charge of $ 100.00
Hope that helps.

Hi

Thanks for responding. This is not really what I am looking for, so I
will be more specific. I am not looking for volume or amount of
footwear sold in the US. I am looking for individual store revenue
and profit margin for footwear only.

Let's take Footlocker... they sell sneakers, rollerblades, socks,
t-shirts, etc. I am looking for the difference in price between the
price Footlocker might pay Nike for sneakers and the retail price of
the sneaker in the store.

It would be great if you have this kind of data.

Thanks.
