GREETINGS GOOGLE GURUS---

I need some assistance with starting my first company. I am quite
young, and don't even know where to begin. I wish to start a cleaning
business in Dallas. I do need financing. I've been looking in to
grants, but I think thats going to take to long. I need this up and
running within 3 months. I recently lost my job, and I'm burning up my
savings trying to keep my head above water. I've been looking for
another one, but starting my own company sounds much better. So I'm
seeing this as my opportunity to work for myself. But I'm thinking
that I'm going to have a difficult time getting approved for a loan
due to my age, 20, and my lack of a employment. I already have
employees lined up. I just lack financing, and know how. Your help
would be greatly appreciated. My questions are;

What steps do I need to take to achieve this?
How can I help myself get approved for a loan?
Should I try to get a personal or business loan?
Besides a bank loan, what other financing options are there?
How do I write an effective business plan?
How do I start a corporation?
Which type of corporation should I be?
What else is important to get this ball rolling?

---THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME.
