I would like to know if there is any comfirmed (best) or probable
(also acceptable) mechanisms of the hepatic adverse effect (ex: liver
enzyme elevation, viral hepatitis like symptoms, jaundice,
cholestasis, liver hematoma...etc.) of both heparin and warfarin.

The answer would not be "Yes or No"......there should be description
about the mechanisms of hepatic adverse effects of both heparin and
warfarin..
