I am looking for assistance to translate a conversation between two
people in an audio file from Chinese Mandarin to English.

Anyone who can translate will help me greatly.

your recording is not that clear you have two women talking (one
rather unwillingly:)) and then about mid-way through you have a man's
voice or it might be a toy or electronic device because it just says
certian phrases.  anyway you need to give a clearer copy of the
conversation if you want a good translation

Unfortunately this is the best quality I can get it in mp3. I can
recognise some sentences, though I dont speak Mandarin, so its not too
bad.

I have to agree with whatsinaname79, justk. Much of the recording is not clear.
MP3 formated files of people speaking can sound garbled, depending on
the settings used to make the MP3. Was the conversation originally
recorded in a
different file format - perhaps .wav? If so, would you post a link to
that file. The quality would be much better....

B ...... she talked a lot general idea is let A not to believe in any lawyer
said some example lawyer cheat sb for money, said ????? the lawyer is
so wicked ,any lawyer I think she mean

B ???? north Chinese dialect  mean let u into a very bad situation
A ...?????? so first go back to North Afica then ....?

they mentioned a name  ?? ?  little Liu?a very usual family name in China?
and B ask the mount of the money used to give the lawyer
and some words like  a year leave back 

these two woman are north Chinese people accent
