I want to start a corporation in California. I want step by step
instructions that tell me what to do. This should include:

1. the forms I need?
2. Where I can get these forms
3. to whom to send them
4. Can It be done electronically?
5. What decisions do I have to make? do I need a promoter? a Director?
6. Fees, where to pay them, etc.

I already know that I have to name my corporation a unique name, and
that I can search for that name on the california secretary of state
website. I am hoping for a step by step guide, that tells me what I
need to do first, second, etc., and how to do first, second, etc.
