I own an S-Corporation in NJ. Some of my corporations income comes
from contracts in New York. As an individual, am I subject to NewYork
State Income Tax ?

Howdy jitenvakharia-ga,

It might help researchers to know if the work done for the New York
contracts is done in New York (someone travels to New York and does
the work there) or if the work for those contracts is done in New
Jersey.  Thanks!

One more clarification, I am the owner (shareholder) of the corp, I do
all the work and there are no employees.
