HI Pink,
You seem to know a lot about cell phone call tracking.  Are you an
expert?  I am seeking assistance in interpreting information on a map
from 1999 that supposedly picked up calls from a cell phone.  If you
can not assist me in this matter can you direct me to a compnay or
individual that can assist.

The source of information was first initialized as triangulation. It
was later said a source other than triangulation was used, the source
was never specified.  The map indicates "Satelite" up top and shows a
circle cut up like a pie, represents towers.  And besides a few of the
circles there are phone numbers and times.

Can you clarify?  What information do you have on this map?  What is
the source of the info?
