I would like to have detailed information about a product called
Chemseal ECLPS 2400. I know that this is a coating for aluminum that
substitute conversion coating based on Chrome6+.
The information I request is the technical literature, MSDS and
Instructions for its use.

I guess is Chemfil-PPG Industries.

I tried a search on the PPG site without success.

You may have to contact the Flamemaster Corporation. They make a CS
2415 for coating aluminum. This is listed as a "Chem Seal Sealant"
"Mfg. by Flamemaster Corporation."

Thanks for the clue. 
I have checked the site you mentioned, but it refers a coating more
like a heavy paint. I think the ECLPS 2400 should be a very thin layer
coating. similar to a chromate coating. Just about 1-10 microns thick.
