theres this little margin space on top of the window by defult on a webpage,
but I've seen other sites use pop's and frames that don't have the
contet starts right along the top left corner.
I priced it low as I remember fininging out how to do that once and it
was just a simple little extra pice of code. but I can't remember what
it is now.
