We need a list of 25 people who meet the following requirements:

(1) live in San Diego, Orange, or Los Angeles counties,
(2) are avid tennis players at clubs or public courts,
(3) are "good" or better tennis players,
(4) have a positive, high-profile presence in San Diego, Orange, or
Los Angeles counties,

These individuals might be, but are not limited to being, corporate
executives, prominent academics, local celebrities, or professional
non-tennis athletes. These individuals should not be politicians,
persons of questionable repute, professional tennis athletes, or
persons currently sponsored by any tennis product company (i.e.
Wilson).

Please provide the following information for each person:

(a) first and last name,
(b) why they meet requirements 1 and 2 above,
(c) why they meet requirement 3 above,
(d) mailing address (can definitely be business address).

We're trying to compile a much larger list for our small tennis supply
company, but don't know where to start.

We'll give a great tip for outstanding results. Thanks for your help!

Thanks tnsdan-ga for your helpful comments! Here's some
clarifications, in response:

"Good or better?" is subjective. We didn't want to include numbers,
b/c that unnessissarily eliminates good, prominent players who play
only recreationally. We're not looking for awesome players, just
people who have a prominent position in the community and happen to
avidly play tennis pretty well ("good").

Senior players are excellent; we'd actually prefer a more "mature"
crowd, so any attention to older players is appreciated (though not
required).

To us, "professional tennis athletes" generally includes tennis pros
who work for a club. However, free-lance instructors who meet all
other requirements (including currently not being sponsored by any
tennis product company) are okay.

What are your qualifications for "good or better?" NTRP 4.5 or above?
5.0 or above? Open? What about senior players (who are certainly
more likely to be vacationally successful and be avid players, but
less likely to be 5.0).

The largest population of these would certainly be the teaching
professionals, but I'm not sure whether that falls under your heading
of "professional tennis athletes."

You may also want to check back issues of Tennis Magazine. Each month
they tend to highlight one celebrity who is a tennis player. Many (or
most) of these celebrities would certainly live in Los Angeles ot
Orange Counties.

Good luck. In these days of internet tennis sales, it is increasingly
difficult for the small tennis shop to survive, even if you have the
good fortune to be located in a tennis club.
