I need to find listings of apartment buildings (100+ units) in
foreclosure. I have looked at real estate websites, but all that I
could find were ones that had exclusively houses.
It needs to feature at the very least basic information and the
address of each property. These features need to either be free, or be
available with a free trial, etc.
My interest is mostly in the Detroit area, but a website that has
national information would be excellent.

The resource can also list houses; There just needs to be a way to do
an advanced search or something similiar for just apartment buildings,
or a way to organize search results by the type of property, etc.
