Hi Mattb2b-ga I've been checking to read the posted answer to your question, but see it has not yet been tackled/answered. First of all are you still interested in the answer? Secondly, would the Researchers prefer me not to try and answer this? I have been working in this field for some years and am EC based. I am not a Google Researcher and will require (can ask for) no renumeration. If I were to try and answer this I would need some clarification.... 1) What parameters and units do you need to quantify and qualify the information? 2)Are you interested in just commercial Consultancy? There is significant Consultancy provided by academia and government funded Institutes on a not-for-profit (NFP) basis. They are often involved in EC funded work alongside the large Utilities and Manufacturers who themselves have considerable environmental departments. Some of these additionally promote their consultancy services to outside clients. So, most technical (my field) consultancy is a mixture of commercial SME, NFP and large company efforts - mostly jointly funded by the EC with companies contributing "in kind" as well as financially. Financial, strategic and environmental consultancy are also usualy linked to joint industry and EC funded work. Legal Consultancy I'm not so sure about. I am not working til Wednesday (12th) and think this an interesting question. If no objections are received from the Researchers and you are still interested I will see what I can come up with over the next few days. |

re: the above comment -- this question has been open for a few weeks now, without an answer (I'm a GA researcher and an environmental specialist myself, but really don't know quite where to get started with this one). If a commenter has some information that would help out here, I say Go For It! I look forward to seeing what gets posted. pafalafa-ga |
