wonderful answer to a question regarding wineries in New York's Finger

I have a similar question about the same region, but I am looking for
a nice place to have dinner during a trip to the area next month.

I did find a website on the official Finger Lakes Tourism website listing
some "fine dining" options
(http://www.visitfingerlakes.org/asp/dining.asp).  This was somewhat
helpful, but what I am looking for is some kind independent reviews or
recommendations for restaurants in the area, whether by a professional
reviewer or an regular joe.

I am not picky about the cuisine--I just want to go somewhere I can
have a memorable (and possibly romantic) experience.  Food, service
and atmosphere are all important.  Recommendations for both fancy and
not-so-fancy places are encouraged.

I realize the price I set is much lower than that of the question I
referenced earlier, so I understand if the answer I get is not
detailed like Crabcakes' answer was.  However, I will appreciate if
someone is able to answer the question very soon, if possible.
