In season 3 of "24," the Secret Service tells the President that they
are "invoking Section 32" to forcibly remove him from Los Angeles,
where a virus attack was underway. Is there a Section 32 or something
like it, where the Secret Service can assume control over the
President or others in the name of their own personal safety? Do any
instances come to mind where Hollywood fabricates or misstates
contemporary Federal law in a movie or television show?
