I am training a dog to be a service assist dog for the elderly,
particularly Parkinson's patients. I have already trained one by the
standards set with National advocacy groups. Do I not have access to
public areas while the dog is in training? I am in Florida. Also, is
there no clear cut
standard for service dog trainers and is it required to be
"certified".
