Google and Yahoo! 
What are their current strategic plans for search and entertainment? 
What pieces do they have in place and what pieces are they currently
missing? (For example, Google is building a payments service for their
beta video search service.  Also Yahoo! Has acquired Flickr and will
use its platform for other services they already offer.)
What is each of these companies going in the market and what will they
need to do to get there?
Do either of them enjoy a sustainable advantage currently, if so, of
what does it consist, and if not, what are they missing?
