Thanks, but that's actually not the owner/CEO. I met the owner/CEO a
few weeks ago, and that picture is not him. Plus, as you say
yourself, Alain de Laet is the Managing Director, not the owner/CEO.

Was it the man on the right (i.e., Jean De Laet, father of Alain)?

Numerous sources (in English, Belgian and French) list Jean and Alain
De Laet as owners (with Alain as the current executive in charge).

For example:
"Today - Jean De Laet and his son, Alain, continue to own and
successfully manage the brewery"
http://glunzbeers.com/pdf/WI_Delirium_Tremens.pdf

I have also consulted Dun & Bradstreet's International Business
Locator available through my local public library. That resource
(considered a most reputable source) lists Alain De Laet at the top
executive (i.e., "Managing Director"). D&B also indicates that the
family-owned brewery has only 10 employees.

From the 1920 to 1985, Albert Huyghe was the owner/manager of the
brewery. In 1985, Albert's son-in-law, Jean De Laet, took over.
Jean's son Alain (grandson of Albert Huyghe) is currently in charge.

Although the picture still doesn't look a lot like the man I met who
called himself the owner/CEO, it could be him if the picture is a bit
out of date. Very well researched.
