I am trying to locate a Users Group/Discussion Board for the Samsung
HL-R4667W (or HLR4667W).  This is a DLP (rear projection) HDTV.  I
have several concerns about this TV, including a noisy cooling fan.  I
would also like to learn about other's experience with this unit.  The
various "Rate This Item" websites (BizNet, Shopping.com, CNet, etc)
are useless, and are misleading and inaccurate.  AS an example, if you
owned a 2004 Lexus E340, you could go to Edmunds.com, enter the car
make and model, and be directed to various discussion boards for the
car.  That is what I am looking for with this HL-R4667W.

I have found the AVS forum reference.  I posted this same request, and
I got a sexually tinged answer.  Result:  AVS forum is garbage.

It's too bad you didn't let us know if you found my 2 suggestions
useful. But then again, you closed the question, and only commented on
the suggestion you didn't like... Hmmm...

I agree sqdnldr, I linked you to where people are asking about Rear
projection TV's, Samsung included. I'm pointing this out, because
thatis EXACTLY what you asked for:

Samsung doesn't appear to have a discussion group of it's own, and
these locations are where people are discussing your type of
equipment. Also, please note that the 1st link is very active, people
are not only ASKING questions, they are also getting ANSWERS. What you
would need to do is REGISTER AND ASK A QUESTION, you need to
participate in the discussion. It's likely no one has asked your
specific question/s, so just reading what is already there will not be
helpful. You need to participate!

If you don't like those examples, please tell me why, because they
appear to be what you asked for.
