What are the largest online electronic component exchanges?  An
example of one would be Digi-Key. I need 2 or 3 of the largest that
are free and 2 or 3 that you pay for.  Also could you give key
differences between them.

I'm not 100% confident that I understand your question. Are you
looking for a source for obsolete semiconductors? If so most of the
suppliers seem to pull from the same database. If I do a search on 3
different websites, they usually return the same results. Try
