Many call centers have 50 or more agents on the phone at any given
time. Other than call recording software, is there a
way(software/hardware)that can give a supervisor the ability to listen
to multiple stations live while sitting at a desk? Agents often need
help with a call and I'm looking for a way to be able to "listen live"
to any agent's call.

Hi Brian,

we use eTalk Superview (www.etalk.com) for both - recording and live
monitoring of the agents. Take in consideration that tools that you
can use will depend on your current telephone system.

Boris
