aeron chair without wheels but keep elevation? My stepdad has an aeron
chair but also a bad hip- he needs to get rid of the wheels but keep
the same elevation- any ideas?

Is it not possible to simply remove the wheels?
It may take some special tool to accomplish this, but
it seems worth asking a mechanic about. With the wheels
removed, it would seem simple enough to adjust the chair
height to compensate for their removal.

Thanks for your quick response, bur he already has the aeron- he just
needs it more stable but to maintain the same heighth, due to the
position of his hip- any help will be greatly appreciated.
