Hi All,
I would like to get some industry analysis of the online chat room
industry.  I would like to know some usage statistics such as how many
people, how old they are, how long they chat, growth of industry, the
major players and their shares, etc. I am also interested in the
revenue figures and revenue models for these applications. I am mainly
interested in the US market, and I?d be happy to get some global
information too.

I'd like to have the current year along with a few prior years to
track any trends in the usage.
