Is it cheaper in general to fly out of Denver, CO than Salt Lake City,
UT?  (I'm trying to determine if living in Denver, rather than Salt
Lake, would be more cost effective for my company.  I would be
required to fly weekly in the midwest area including Montana, Idaho,
Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming.)
