1. I am a Notary Public in NJ and would like to become one in NM when I move in a few weeks. Specifically, what or who do I contact in Albuquerque to apply for becoming a Notary and what are the requirements? 2. I am buying a new Hybrid (RX400h) car in two weeks in NJ. Which state (NJ or NM) has the greatest tax benefits for buyers of Hybrids? Since I will be moving a few weeks after I buy the car, can I register the car in NM without having to register it in NJ first? I already own a home in Albuquerque and therefore can provide proof of residence if needed. I do not want to buy the car in NM because I want to drive it from NJ to NM. Please give me answers in simple easy to follow terms, Thanks. |
