On the flash version of the website www.rubyskye.com there is a
built-in music player that plays one of eight tracks. Every few months
these eight tracks are replaced with eight new tracks, and so on. In
the last generation of tracks, I was able to find the names/artists of
several of the songs played, with the exception of track 4. I tried
googling the lyrics, I tried checking out several major trance music
websites but to no avail. A contact at the Ruby Skye website,
vip@rubyskye.com, was unable to reveal the song/artist on that track
not because of copyright or anything like that, but because "The music
on the website is dontated by various DJ's and then put on the website
by our web designer. I cannot get the names of the tracks and
artists."
Relevant info about the tracklisting:
Track 1 was "The Killers - Somebody Told Me (King Unique Vocal Remix)"
Another track (number forgotten) was "Dirty Vegas - Walk Into The Sun
(King Unique Sunstroke Vocal Edit)"
Another track (number forgotten) was "David Guetta - The World Is Mine (Deep Dish)
The song in question featured the following lyrics, all sung by a female vocalist:
"Stop Wandering" or "Stop Wondering" was featured prominently throughout the song.
"running circles draws you in... don't go"
"more and more and more and more... more and more can't take any more"
"can't take.. can't take anymore and more and more and more and more
and mooooooore"
I would like the following information about this song:
1) Artist/DJ name, track name, and edit/mix name.
2) Title of album on which this track originally appeared, and a place
to purchase it from.
3) Title of compilation album on which this track appears, and a place
to purchase it from.
4) Lyrics from the song
Note: this track was active on the ruby skye website
(www.rubyskye.com) on june 16th 2005, and the tracklist changed on or
around june 23rd 2005. If one could obtain, say, a cache of the page
from that timeframe, one may be able to listen to the portion of the
song that was on the website, which may in turn lead to finding an
answer easier.
Thanks for helping me out. This is driving me nuts! |
