No, I don't.  "All I know" means "All I know".

You might want to search the listing of conferences on
www.papersinvited.com - they truly seem to have an exhaustive listing
of conferences worldwide. 

You might want to use their 'advanced search' feature to search for
conferences in a specific country.

Don't know of any physics conferences in the Sacramento area this
October.  In addition to the website given in the previous comment,

The closest meeting I know of that meets your criteria is a meeting
celebrating the 50th anniversary of the discovery of antiprotons in
Berkeley - <http://inpa.lbl.gov/pbar/pbar.htm>
