I'm going to assume that you are putting together a business plan for
a commercial real estate project.  If that is correct, then I would
like to suggest three sample commercial real estate business plans for
you to research.  Here is the link:

If you own some property that you want to develop, the first thing you
need to look into is city zoning, then you will have to research the
soft cost of development, and financing.

If this is the direction you are going, ? let me know and I?ll
elaborate with more details.

Each project you do is always unique and will require at least 3 to 6
months research before you can really start.  Researching these soft
costs are typically done by a local broker who is an expert in your
area.  If this is your first time, .. I recommend you speak with a
broker to get some advice.
