Dear scaryj,

I am a native speaker of German, so I think I (or one of my
German-speaking collegues) could translate the article. However, due
to the complexity and the length of the text, it would take quite a
long time, at least several hours, and considerable effort. And
additionally translating all the linked pages would further increase
the time and work necessary. Please don't misunderstand me, it is not
my intention to bargain for a higher fee. But I would like to
respectfully suggest to raise the offered amount in an adequate way.
