What percentage mark up do retailers (Wal-Mart, CVS, etc.) charge for
diet products (such as dexatrim), tooth paste (such as as crest), skin
lotions (such as lubriderm), nail products (such as sally hansen),
shampoo and conditioner (such as head and shoulders) and sun screen
(such as banana boat)?  Please schedule by major retailer (Wal-Mart,
Target, CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Albertson's, etc.) and provide all
sources.
