I want a list of websites/software that contain a real time keyboard
chat translation feature.  I do NOT want simply sites that can
translate from one language to another. The interface must be a
"keyboard chat"

Example: I type "thank you" into the keyboard chat and the Japanese
user on the other end would see "arigato" in his chat box.

The websites/software can be either free or fee based.  Naturally the
free ones are more appreciated.

I am specifically looking for sites where I could chat in real time
with Japanese users and that is what I am willing to pay you for.  If
in your research you find other languages such as Chinese or European
languages, please list them however.
