I believe that the answer is Montana. There was an article in "The New York Times" entitled "Forget the Call of the Wild: In Montana, the R.V. Set Is Drawn by the Words 'No Taxes'" by Jim Robbins published on August 17, 2005, Section A, Page 14, Column 1. It discusses in some detail how the laws of Montana are so helpful and beneficial to owners of RVs that other states are looking into passing laws to prevent their citizens from taking advantage of Montana's. |
